Our positions are offered at 3 levels:
- Newly Qualified Practitioner
- Speech & Language Therapist
- Senior Speech & Language Therapist
In addition to this, there are several roles within our team e.g. Family Service Lead; Social Media Lead, and we would consider ourselves dynamic and innovative in our service structure.
We provide a comprehensive induction period and continual professional development through 3 assigned CPD team days a year, where we disseminate knowledge from training and ask speakers to train us. You will have the opportunity to learn from others frequently, through our unique team days on Fridays, during which we carry out supervisions, team meetings, birthday parties and celebrations.
We don’t just develop you as a therapist, but as a person, investing in your wellbeing and making mental and physical health a priority, through an open ‘mental health’ culture. At the end of each school year we have a team away day where we focus on your wellbeing.
Our model of employment works around the school year and we shut down for 4 weeks over summer holidays, 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at October and 1 week at Easter. The annual leave entitlement is above average at 10 weeks per year.. We provide the Nest pension.
